ABOUT JOSH
My name is Josh and I was born and raised right here in Windsor. Before becoming a realtor I worked a number of different jobs, before getting into the automotive industry and working in sales consulting. This is where I found my passion for service and being able to meet new people and guide them through some of their most expensive purchases throughout their life. Shortly after getting into the automotive industry, I stumbled upon another passion of mine, real estate.
During the lockdown, I started researching and learning about real estate and everything there was to know about it and the market. Along with my job as a sales consultant in the automotive industry I decided I would start investing in real estate and ended up buying my first property and flipping it. After successfully completing my first flip I knew this is what I needed to do full-time. I quit my job and dove right into investing in real estate full-time. As the year went on and we continued buying properties I started to miss my passion to serve people in sales, which led me to become a Realtor.
I strive to always be working on my self-development by continuing to learn about the ever-changing market, mastering my craft in sales and service, and learning investment strategies. All to ensure that I provide the absolute best service to my clients and to my peers, and most importantly to bring results.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling and being active in the gym, and spending time with my friends and family
